Our vanilla powder is made with Bourbon vanilla pod extractives and organic maltodextrin, which prevents clumping. This fine powder with dark brown specks has an excellent rich, yet clean vanilla flavour.
Often referred to as the baker’s choice, as it is alcohol free and sugar free, which means there is flexibility to add sugar to taste for more sweetness. Vanilla powder is water soluble, making it ideal for a wide range of dairy and bakery products, as well as beverages.
