Our vanilla extract is made with our quality, organic vanilla pods from Madagascar. It is produced using a cold-processing extraction method. This means no heat is applied in the extraction process to protect the volatile and precious flavour compounds from the vanilla pods.
This pure vanilla extract consists of just three ingredients: purified water, alcohol and Madagascan vanilla. It is a clear light-brown liquid with well-balanced, rich vanilla flavours. We offer one-fold extract, the ideal choice for top chefs and fine dining cuisine, as well as two-fold extract which is more cost effective. Two-fold vanilla extract is great for seasoning food, confectionary, ice creams, cakes, desserts, beverages, liqueurs, and taste improvement in some products.
