Our vanilla paste is made with quality Bourbon vanilla extract, seeds, and a natural thickener with no added sugar. It is a thick, dark brown liquid with a rich, velvety vanilla flavour.
The benefit of the paste is that it contains both the extract and the seeds. This gives a finished product the characteristic vanilla flavour from the extract with the visual appeal of the seeds, without the need for two products or steps. It is also more cost effective.
